I think there was a serious gap in our communication and relationship. A lot would depend on when they were married and if he was still seeing her. I'd also make sure to get the situation untangled ASAP.

It depends in part on who he married first. The second one would, by law, not be considered to be actually married to him. No divorce needed for you if you were second.

Be tempted to cut his jewels off..not sure if our marriage would be legally binding if he was still married to another...but I would take his sorry butt to court and sue him.

here where i live, automatically the second marriage is annuled. this means that if he married to you after marrying the other girl your marriage to him is annuled. the same to the other scenario.
