Well I guess that depends. Alcoholics are defined as those who are unable to function in their day to day life due to their drinking. Do you drink every day? Is it a special occasion or have you just knocked off work and feel like winding down? I don't think there is anything wrong with having a drink in the arvo, as long as it isn't every arvo and that you can still do what you need to do day to day. Have one for me too.

having one vodka does not make you an acholic. If you needed to drink everyday, and you craved to drink everyday then yes..
