ohhh ok your question was supposed to say "How do chefs cut onions with out slowing down from crying from the onion scent and with out goggles?" well Im sure once youve cut so many of them up and gotten used to the smell it doesnt phase you. Sort of the way the highschool gym locker room smells at first you are like whats that smell then after a couple weeks you dont even notice. Ive done some nasty jobs so i know what im talking about and im a CNA right now so yea you get used to smells.
