Both of those have been demonetized. They are from a period when Argentina was suffering from very high inflation. The highest denomination at present is 100 Pesos.

One Dollar is worth 3 Pesos in Argentina, but this is because the government wants the dollar to still be expensive so it gains more money when selling oil.
