Just be friendly to people and see how it develops, some people you will develop friendships with naturally some you won't. It depends in my view if you click have common ground etc. If you feel you get on well with someone suggest doing something social and go from there..... One thing I have learnt is if a person seems indifferent towards you and you would like to be friends with them don't pester them it won't work and even if it does resentment is likely to develop. A true friendship develops naturally.

First of all, you need to learn how to speak grammatically. The correct wording in your question would be "a sports show hosted by my friend and me." In this case, it would be "me" because it's the object of the preposition "by."
Your show won't last long if you butcher the English language.
