Both are figure-heads speaking for someone else.

Bush only recites speeches made by GOP strategists that he reads from a teleprompter.
When Bush is interviewed by the press, he frequently looks down at the Blackberry on his podium to read what his response will be to any particular questions. Here's a video where the battery in it went dead at a news conference.

I believe Ahmadinejad is way smarter than bush. Also much more braver.

Ahmadinejad makes sense occasionally, where bush doesn't makes sense at all!!

Not really.What he said was a lot of nonsense so that's a similarity indeed but he was articulant and did seem to know where he was most of the time.
