either take a motrin, drink a beer or get yourself out of that crazy situation.

Usually take Aleve! Best I have found for headaches and Arthritis pain. Yes had is since in twenties before any comments.

Take an aspirin, and get some sleep. I also read that Gatorade is a natural remedy for headaches, if you take any aspirins.

Well I would tell you what works best for me...but they would just YAHOO me....so maybe just take 3 ibuprofen and put a warm pack on the back of your neck and lie down...I sure hope you feel better hon!!
