I'm against it

Well to me, as long as the person is qualified and will really help the average working person then I'm all for it. Most of the people in this country were not born with a silver spoons in their mouths so I can relate to a person who has worked hard for what he has and can identify with the average person. I think he was very sharp at the utube debate and had very fresh ideas. It's between him and Hilary for me! Not all black people support him and we all are not going to vote for him just because he is black. We have very important issues here and I'm going to support the candidate that will help change the country for the better!!

I don't think color has anything to do with the person. It's the brains behind the color that counts. And that goes for a woman becoming president too! Gender, color, race, none of that runs anything - it's what's up "there" that makes all the decisions. Exterior appearances have nothing to do with that! Fine by me! If he's smart, bring him on, black, purple or otherwise!

I have no problems with it, but there are still alot of people out there that would and it's sad that they are so narrow minded. He might be the best pres we've ever had. But then again......I think ANYONE will be better than Bush and way better than Gore would have been if he'd won the last election. It's rediculous that the last 4 elections have been decided on who you're gonna vote for by choosing the lesser of two evils. Does that sentence make sense????

I am so excited, we are finally breaking barriers here. It is not a ridiculous question, it's a good one. And everyone on here has noticed that there is a BLACK MAN running for president just as much as they notice a WHITE WOMAN running. It's not racist, it's natural to notice the difference.

I dont even consider race or sex when it comes to politics . I wished Colin Powell would have run for president, he would have made a great president. He is a very intelligent Person.

Yes, definitely, but not Obama.
I would vote for Colin Powell, Condi Rice or Alan Keyes.

I don't judge by skin color but by character and political philosophy. If the candidate is a good rock-ribbed conservative he/she will get my support. That was why I voted for Alan Keys when he ran for the Republican nomination.

I don't give a crap what gender or race my president is.

But when I don't support Hillary or Obama, people will still call me sexist and racist... this is the way of the left.
