It would be kind of stupid if it wasn't Vickie Guerrero. Usually an assistant GM will take the place of the actual GM on an interim basis.
I wouldn't be surprised if Vickie ends up having something to do with Teddy Long's heart attack. She could have poisoned him or something, in order to get the GM job.

I believe it will be Vicki Guerrero since she has been in training to be a GM. I think it would be cool and totally unexpected if Vince brings Eric Bishoff back.

Even if Long recovers he should be replaced. He hasn't been doing his job in months. All he even does is chase some girl less than half his age. But, to answer your question, I think it should be a heel this time. I'll go with JBL.
