and it applies when guys are lined up side by side at urinals. If you look at the other guy's hose, you have CROSSED THE CRAIG LINE. hahaha, I love it.

a chickie friend might stick her head under the partition in hopes to catch a peek at my peep, and I'll be able to yell "YO, DO NOT CROSS THE CRAIG LINE.... HO!"

No. It applies only to men's restrooms, and only to a certain body of people who pay attention to politics in the US, so I don't think it will work. Sorry!
