With Jet lag you do not actually get physically ill, unlike car sickness.

I am asking what is the same feeling that jet lag causes but in a car.

well the technical terminology for a vehicular vector traveling with a human form inside is one of vast complication and one has to be of the utmost of intellect to fully comprehend the context of the phrasing. if one were to travel crossing a time zone and were to get sick it is what us genius people that are under full understanding of the question like to call jet lag. the body is not capable of understanding flight across time zones therefore are somehow lagged behind and become car sick. now if one were to be traveling at a speed unparalleled by that of the flux capacitor and were to take a road trip of oh say 3 or 4 hours...without being able to stretch out your legs, i know of a bed where i can stretch you out into any position your heart desires, i can even think of a few myself that I'd like to get you into.....

Jet lag is just your body's internal clock getting screwed up because you travel to a different time zone before your body can adjust to the change. A car can't travel that fast I hope.
