I'm sorry but ick I feel compelled to add Mc- to the beginning of Donald. I am not a fan of Ronald period but if you love the name perhaps Mitchell as a middle name.

my husband's name is Ronald, but we call him Ronnie. His middle name is Lee.
Don't make the same rhyme by combining Ronald Donald. I'm afraid others will add " mc. Donald ' later on.

probably not, but if you're considering the name for a son, perhaps you could switch around the letters and make it Roland Donald. The names are similar, but not rhyming (and don't make you think of a guy with bright red hair and big red shoes ;p) and sound good together.
if it's already someone's name, he should go by Ron. Ron Donald is fine if that's already somebody's name and it can't be changed. But for a baby, i still prefer Roland.

Ronald Donald what ever. Would you want to have that name? If so, then run with it.

Only if you have MC before it and live in a house with huge golden arches on a red sign. Happy Meal anyone?
