Like naturally? Mine are on the verge of black. I have to be like an inch away from the mirror and a light on my eye in order to see my pupil. My sister's is just completely black.

Yeah, i've seen people with eyes like that.. Whether they are black or "Almost black", I like them.... I was going to order contacts to make my eyes look solid black, still might. =)

My grandmother's eyes were almost black - so it is possible, just not very common.
