Indiana Jones based on star power alone but it should be close.

Obviously we won't know for sure till then, but my bets are on Indy. Granted, it's an older franchise, but, like Star Wars, it's an older franchise people will be curious to see. Granted, I felt Die Hard would've been bigger, but I think that one just got lost among all the other Summer blockbusters (Spidey, Shrek, Transformers, Pirates, etc.). And although Batman had the critics and fans jumping for joy, it's a darker and creepier series (especially with the way they are doing The Joker), and Indy promises to be more fun, and more family orientated (I doubt Indy will get a PG-13, but I'm sure Batman will).
But, who knows? I know I'm looking forward to both.

My $$ is on Indy. I didn't like the last Batman so ??? The only reason I would see it is cause Ledger & Bale
