Ok so my friend is having twins, one boy and one girl. For the boy she is considering the names Skyler Ryan and Cayden Matthew and for the girl Caliyah Rose and Roxanne. She is looking for feedback on these, suggestions for a middle name to go with Roxanne, and other name suggestions for either.

I know several girls with the names skyler and ryan so those seem too feminine for the baby boy. Cayden could also be a girls name. I like Caliyah Rose for a girl, very pretty.

I have a friend named Roxanne, she loves her name, her nicknames are Roxy and Rock. Not sure what her middle name is I like Roxanne Marie.
Cayden has been over done, i feel bad for those boys there are going to be like 10 caydens in one graduating class i fear.
I like Ryan for a first name hmmm maybe Ryan Matthew that sounds nice.

and i always think its cute to give twins names that start with the same letter as long as they dont ryhme LOL

If she chose the name Skyler Ryan for the boy she could name her daughter Aurora Rain, get it Sky-Aurora with their middle names both beginning with the letter R.
Or Roxanne Raine.

I like the spelling of Cayden, and Cayden Matthew sounds really biblical.

What ever names she chooses, may she enjoy her twins/

They're not my style.

Still, I'd choose Caden Matthew over Skyler, but Skyler over Cayden. I think of Skyler as a girl's name - though I understand that boys use it, too. And Cayden looks like an attempt to make Cade/Caden into a girl's name, too. Caden is a much stronger version of the name.

As for Caliyah, I'm really not sure how to say it, and I find it a bit much. Roxanne is classic, but it doesn't really fit with Caden/Skyler.

Caden and Callie sounds like siblings - and twins. Caden Matthew and Callie Rose, maybe?

Caliyah Rose and Cayden Matthew sound cute together, but i'd go more for Skyler Ryan and Roxanne Scarlett because while similar names are cute when they're babies, they may make it little harder for them to find their own identities when they're older. So i like when one first name is similar to the other middle name and vice versa because that way, they can still be twins, but still have their own individuality too.

* how about Scarlett Rose and Ryan Skye?

My friend's middle name is Roxanne, and she has always disliked it (probably b/c of the association with the song, which is kinda racy, ya know?)

But I do like Roxanne Marie, like Isha suggested. Marie gives Roxanne a classy edge.

I have a friend named John Ryan Moore. He goes by "John Ryan" like a first name now. I always thought it was cool.

I'm not a big fan of names like Skyler and Cayden. They have a trendy ring to me, but I don't have any children, and maybe things are changing and I'm out of the loop! ;)

God bless you, your friend, and her babies!
