Telling someone their question is stupid is a violation of TOS. So, I do not do that. If the question is stupid, I simply do NOT answer it!

if they're a repeated offender, then i say that's a stupid question, if they are really serious, then i answer just for the fun of it, and then tell them that it's stupid
