Have sex a couple of days before you are gonna ovulate and keep having sex every other day so there will always be fresh sperm in your cervix at the time of ovulation. This will ensure your chances of sperm being present, Therefore increasing your chances of getting pregnant. It works for me every time. I get pregnant right away! Good Luck!

If you are on a regular 28 days cycle then that sounds about right, but do not take use this as some kind of birth control because it is not always correct. The best way to see if you are ovulating is to use the basel metabilism temperature charts along with some of those urine strips that you get at the drug store. If you were to compare all three for about 3 or 4 months in a row then you would have a better chance at trying to pinpoint the time of your next ovulation time. Good luck if you are trying to get pregnant and even better luck if you are not.

You can have the egg white mucus a few days before ovulation, when it's gone you know that ovulation has occured. You should have sex everyday that you see this fertile CM.
