Generally when living:
1) Humans (Eskimo and Indian Tribes),
2) Larger Bears (anywhere) ,
3) Tigers (in Asia),
4) Orcas (in the Arctic Sea),
5) a desperate pack of Wolves might go after a weak or injured one,
6) mosquitos and biting flies.

When dead maggots, bacteria, beetles, any variety of other carrion eating scavengers.

Well not much messes with a mature grizzly bear. But the cubs are food sometimes of other top predators, like wolf. It has been documented that male grizzlies kill cubs.

In North America there is the smaller black bear. Grizzlies kill and eat them. And again black bear cubs are be food for major predators.

Man of course eats bear.

bears are carnivores that are on the top of the food chain. the only things that eat it are other compitant bears or carnivores. when they die they are decomposed
