It doesn't. Statistically this has been studied and has no effect, after you correct for such things as weekends, holidays, etc. When weird stuff happens, some people say, "Oh, it must be a full moon," without knowing for sure. The tidal force is so tiny (and the same tidal force as during the new moon, BTW) that it can't have the slightest effect. In fact, you can counterbalance the moon's tidal force on your body by sitting down from a standing position.

Because wierwolfs come out when there is a full moon. Or so I was told by a lady called Sharon Alessandrelli anyway

It's ridiculous. But maybe there are some spirits who got active during full moon.

are you crazy, It is make people crazy because when the moon is full some alien could transfer to big gorillas and they will kill us all and no one can stop them, you can see it in (dragon ball)
