They are currently the Number 1 offense and defense in yards.

They are Top 5 in all 4 passing/rushing offense and defense.

They are Top 3 in points for and points against.

This is after playing 2 playoff teams last year, 1 with the best record in the NFL and one with a record that would have won 3 NFC divisions with their record.

The Colts, the consensus 2nd best team, are barely in the Top 5 for points scored and 12 for points against. Pretty mediocre defense inyards given up against the pass and run. Barely in the Top half for rushing offense yards gained. Mediocrity alla round that team, it seems, no? Not even the pass offense is Top 3.

Has any team ever been this complete?

Your forgetting a couple of stats and that would be the opponents stats, and in this case they do matter. The Jets defensive rank is 28, the Bills rank 32, and the Chargers are 24 not that impressive, not impressive at all really. Offensively its not much better Buffalo is 32, Jets 28, and Chargers 27. Seems to me that those highly regarded teams that the Pats have beaten are in the bottom of every category, and one of this is dead last in everything. Go to the Colts your consensus #2 team in the NFL and you have a different story Offensively New Orleans is 24, Titans are 21, and Houston is 23. Going to the Defense side the Titans are 9, teh Texans are 13, and Saints are 24. Your stats are meaningless the Pats have played 3 teams who are ranked in the bottom for every category, and the Colts have played 3 pretty good teams. When the Pats play a team ranked above the number 20 in something overall the brag. You can slice it however you want to make the 3-0 record sound good, and just be lucky strength of schedule doesnt play into a playoff spot at the end of the year because the 11 cupcakes the Pats play wont make up for their 5 losses this year.

yeah they are that good. What is so hard to believe about that? All they focus on is the next game, and how they're going to win. They have the weapons to go undefeated!

And that's not just cause I am a fan that I am saying that. Look at them and the way they are playing (tight now) and at all the other teams in the league. It's laughable. Who's gonna beat them, barring massive injuries? Indy is the closest rival and they aren't really that good. Yeah their offense is great, but what about their D? Maybe the Pack or the steelers could beart them

And then some, they are on a roll that no too many teams can stop. Tom Brady has a QBs dream in a new and revamped Randy Moss and a over the middle wizard in Wes Welker and good running game to complement Brady and damn good OL and a defense rated #1..need anymore evidence...

Of all the teams I have seen play in my 29 years on planet Earth I have never seen a team as complete and who has the best chance of going 16-0 then the New England Patriots. They are just amazing!! I honestly cant see any team beating them!

This coming from a poor poor sad Bills Fan!

I don't know man, after the video taping scandal they suddenly become very good. No offense if you're a Pats fans, but i think there is more than just video taping going on right now in the Pats locker room.

I still declare the Colts the team to beat. But let's see what happens when NE goes to Indy.
