They let them drop to you're knees. Buy some edible bra's and thongs. I love my edible knickers! I wear edible pants too in case I forget my lunch. that way I can dine on my drawers.

Most people don't wear a bra for a full 24 hours so i guess they are just saying hey it will be comfortable through out your day. But nothing happens after 18 hours lol
