None so far. o_O Which is odd I know.
I have had run-ins with folks who attacked me...but this was *way before* Blocking was an option, so I had to do the mean thing, pay their profiles a visit and get *medieval* on them. It wasn't pretty. And it's rather tedious for me too....
Any more though I just don't answer anything that seems vulgar, obscene or trollish. It's just not worth the hassle, not to mention the New Reporting System tries to be *fair to trolls*, not to mention that half the trolls out there *now have Yahoo itself Giving Them Private Profiles*. o_o
Seriously, any bigot or idiot out there can now request a Private Profile and *spew away* with relative impunity. What's up with *that*?
But yeah, I haven't blocked anyone. Not yet.
Sometimes I'm tempted to block any and all Private Profiles just to make a point though. And no, I'm not talking about just shutting off email or IM--I shut off IM but allow emails.
I'm talking about making your Questions, Answers, Fans and Contacts Private so nobody sees them. That crap. That *Troll Babying Crap*.
But hey....I'm not feeling that mean yet. ^_^ It's all good so far.

None yet. I'd rather block them and have them block me than report them or have them report me. Unless someone says something which is completely illegal, then I don't see a reason they should be reported. After all, if you're going to ask people for their opinions on an open forum, then you should accept what they answer with.

Zero, so far. I haven't met anyone on Answers who's ever harassed me or did anything to bother me.
Maybe at some point I will, but for now all of the people I've communicated with, have been great.
