like if your shy can you purposly change yourself to be alittle more out going?
if your not able to make small talk with people can you learn to?
if ur extremly shy with guys ? can u change to not be so shy?

If we don`t change, we are not moving forward. It is natural to learn from our mistakes and become better persons.Every weakness you can overcome becomes a strength.

Yes they can though it has to be a personal choice, and the person has to be fully committed to change, people can change on their own better than if someone pushes them to change. If a person wishes to change and they are doing so on their own accord you can encourage them to help them move along, though do not push them.

Yes, you can do this. It requires practice. Start small and work to bigger issues or problems. With each success, you become a little braver, more confident. You can do it.

It can be done. It takes a LONG time though.

Why? Because I genuinely wanted to improve the person I was. As you improve yourself, you will find your self-esteem rises, eventually creating a lovely self perpetuating cycle of self-improvement.

Yes... it CAN be done... the answer for me.. for the same things your are describing......... MEDICATION.... consider seeing a Mental Health Professional
