For 21 years I watched movies, read fairy tales, and listened to music. All these things did nothing but fill my head full of unimportant information. The use of drugs didn't help either. How can I reverse all the junk mail?

Fortunately, your brain has a nearly limitless capacity. This is where the brain-as-computer analagy falls apart (unlike your hard drive, you will not reach a point where you cannot "store" any more information).

You needn't "remove" the movies, fairy tales, etc. Merely start using your brain more effectively now, to learn the things that are more important to you.

Best of luck to you,

If you keep doing stimulating activities such as puzzles or suduko or reading books with useful information youll squeeze all the useless info out of the brain. Better yet go to college.

you're not a computer. Having that "crap" in your head is better than having nothing. Except for the drugs. You should try to grow rather than reversing what you already have.

Don't reverse it or erase it, use it as a guide of what not to do. Search for answers! There is a lot of information out there, just be careful and separate truth from fiction!

close your eyes and imagine a filling cabinet and you take anything you don't want and put it in the drawers and let go of them.along with the emotions attached to those things you wish to let go off.
tell yourself all the time that your a new person. create for yourself a new reality.be positive.keep your Faith.let go and let God handle it all.and the spirit of God Will help you as it has helped me.I have suffered more then anyone i have ever heard of suffering and i still have my faith, eat right and exercise.Peace

Work on new messages and have them repeated over and over. This includes learning new behavior. You must continue to repeat it for it to become a habit.
