Yahoo cannot display my homepage or email help?

for about a week i havent been able to get on yahoo exept for answers and yahoo uk. i bought spy sweeper, cleared cookies, tried firefox and ie and still nothing. this seemed to happen for no reason i don't know why. i can't contact them either because whenever i click on help it comes up with a blank page. ive asked others and im the only one who gets this problem. i can go on yahoo if im at school with my laptop or on their computers but at home my laptop refuses to go on yahoo and my sisters computer also refuses to go on yahoo. someone please help. i need my email.

try this, clear your cookies again, plus your history and temp files,
then turn off any pop up blockers you have running
make sure the site isnt blocked on any firewall you are running, nor blocked by your service provider

then try logging on/goin to yahoo again
since it was working before, and now it isnt on both your laptop and your sisters computer, it would seem connected to the service provider
so if it still doesnt work, or you have difficulty finding out if the providers settings are blocking it, contact them
you can also contact Yahoo, if this link wont work on your computer, use another to ask for help from them
