I need to know what the ten most affluent command economies are ...i cant find it anywhere ...so if you know it could you please tell me

There is no way to answer this question. GDP accounting depends on there being market prices, while in a command economy, prices are set by the government. Further, to make credible international comparisons, you need market-based exchange rates, while in a command economy, exchange rates, too, are set by the government.

So all you can do is compare development indicators (automobile ownership, telephone density, child mortality, life expectancy, etc.) to those of market economies, based on the assumption that equal GDP per capita buys you equal measure of development...

That might be a trick question.

First, it is going to be hard to find ten command economies period, I'm not sure if they even exist. I can only think of North Korea and Cuba. Every other communist country got rid of their command economy in the 80s.

The point is that neither of those countries are affluent by any definition of the word. Command economies invariably lead to widespread, abject poverty. Without exception.
