There is actually a bird that hangs around creeks/rivers called a "dipper" i think which dives and swims underwater and can take flight as well as its outer feathers are waterproof.Moral;
why limit oneself?

Fly like a bird. I just think it would be a great feeling to soar through the air.

of the two, Flight, as I live inland it would be rather handy,
as for superpowers, the ability to maniuplate reality would be my choice.
