I know, I know. Lookin' for a good church in "Sin City". My fiance would like to attend Sunday services while we're there for our honeymoon. Can anyone suggest a good church? Thanks!

Shrine of the Most Holy Redeemer. It's on East Reno Avenue just across from the Luxor Hotel on the Strip. Masses are at 8 AM, 10:30 AM and 12 NOON each Sunday. Daily mass is at 11:30 AM Mon-Fri. in the main church with Exposition of the Blessed Sacrament from 10 AM to 1 PM in the Chapel of Our Lady of Guadalupe.
It is also the home of what I call "the miracle of the Shrine". There is only one celebration of the Eucharist on the planet which has a higher percentage of attendees receiving Holy Communion than at the Shrine. That's a Papal Mass.
BTW, nearly 30% of the residents of "Sin City" are Catholics. LOL!

There's the Little Church of the West, which is a wedding chapel not really a church. There is the one beside Encore, but it's not really on the strip, it's a couple blocks up towards the convention center. There are churches & synagogues all over Vegas. The Vegas residents are a church going crowd. There is the 2nd highest amount of Mormons outside of Salt Lake City is in Vegas.

good one. I live here and there's not a heck of a lot of churches. When you check into the hotel ask the desk person and they can direct you to the closest one.
