ok i made a really big mistake, i go to this school where the PTA gets involved in every bodys buisenes, a few months back i sent a picture of my self in a bikini to a friend on myspace wich i new from school, he wanted underwhere but knowing that was bad i sent him a bathing suit insteed thinking it wasnt that bad becase he could see me any day in a bikini like if we go to the beach or something. he told his friend and now he wants one, i said no, do u think i can get introble at school? i mean if he told everyone wouldnt it be his fault for spreading rumors? if u no some kind of law, anything please send it to me, i dont no what to do

As long as it was a bikini and nothing pornographic you can't get in trouble but, if your under age and he's flaunting it around and it falls into an adults hand,...well that's another issue all together. Alot of states have very strick child pornography laws that prosecute the distrubution of any child pornography. Including pictures.

its not illegal 2 sent fridns pics but kidaa silly that boy cud giv that pic 2 any 1 or put it up any wer
u cant get in trouble at skool 4 it
it has nuffin 2 do with skool or work its a private matter ur parents al prob go mad at u tho

well...if he told his friend that you sent him a pic of yourself in a bikini...that makes him a bad friend...
i say...screw them both and ignore their questioning...but if you want to be sure nothing happens, you need a pick of one of them...that way they know that if they mess something up, you mess them up.
and no. there is no law against sending bikini pictures over myspace; so long as your not doing it in school.

uhh, are you a teacher? maybe you'd get fired, but unless you were naked - i dunno any reason you'd get in trouble
