Two favorites that are traditional are Scotland the Brave and Skye Boat Song.
Here's a site that lists many bagpipe songs/tunes/melodies of all types:

EVERYTHING BY MAC UMBA
They are, (or were, rather), a band that combined Brazillian Samba with Scottish Bagpipes. Their compositions are super high energy and all-around great.
I'll give a list of the most notable to me, but I sincerely recommend you just listen to one of their albums all the way through.
Mildew Mayhem
The Steam Train to Mallaig
Damp Carpet
6/8 Itapuan
Heaven Scent
(Give Heaven Scent a chance to build up, it gets extremely good)
They disbanded in 1999 sadly, but they regrouped twice for 2 songs
Glenmalambo (2007)
70's Cocktails and Drinks (2014)

It's a long way to the top- AC/DC
When you fall down- Mollys Yes
Any Dropkick Murphys. P*** off purists, Mike's a better firefighter than a singer and Al's taken that band to a broader audience than the droning "sound like every other punk singer" of the early days.

I think you'd like anything by Mark Saul . He's not only a good player, he's a good composer and into the rock scene. (www.marksaul.com)
If you're looking for classical style piping, any of the 'great piper' series should work. Willie MacCallum is at the top of the list.

For rock, get the Dropkick Murphies 1st CD. It's called Do or Die. It's the only CD they made with their original vocalist and it is so much more intesnse than anything theyve done since. They suck now, but that CD was and still is a boston / irish punk mastpiece.
