Europeans have been eating like that for centuries and other cultures like yours prefer to use chopsticks. One is not better than the other, in fact now and again when i eat food like Chinese i like to try out chopsticks and am pretty good at them. We all have cultures and traditions that are worth the same and are all valuable.
