No. Sorry. I don't agree with that. You used the word "all." No I don't think with all happiness despair necessarily comes. It depends on what form the happiness comes in whether it will eventually end. It depends on a lot of unknown variables.

Too negative.
Happiness is a state of mind, so is despair. It all comes and goes.
If you were happy 24/7 you'd be pretty bored!

I totally get it because I use to live it, but not any more. It's all in how you think. If you think there will be despair then there will be.
