Not that I have heard. Actually, there is very little going on to return to the Moon. All the work is to build the new rocket in time to replace the Space Shuttle when it is retired from service in 2010. The rocket will be sued to take people and supplies to the space station. After that, they might start thinking about working on the additional hardware to continue on to the Moon. If they don't run out of money.

I believe NASA may have learned it international lesson with the International Space Station. Russia has never had any money and the U.S. and the other partners have had to pretty much foot the bill which like everything these days involved huge cost overruns. Several times NASA had to pump money into the Soviet space program just to keep the station supplied like what happened when the Shuttle fleet was grounded. I have not read any mention of any international partnerships so far with the Orion lunar project.
