I know I asked a similar question not long ago but maybe this is better: Who's the Tom Cruise of Italy? (could be female too) As in which Italian is a big name in Italy, Like TOm Cruise, but who's also on the younger side (ie no 70 yr olds)

I'm not Italian and I hate Tom Cruise. But u can't talk about Italian celebrities without mentioning Monica Bellucci hmmm slurp slurp LOL

Laura Pausini is a very famous singer in Italy and abroad. Monica Bellucci is another one (she's an actress).
