I would mandate that all state funded universities be operated like Berea University in Kentucky where students are given "free" tuition, room, and board -- in return for service/work provided on campus for ten hours each week (so that they could still hold an outside part-time job, and have time for their studies).

Regulations on Public Opinion which borders on the crazy. Public Opinion defeated the US in Vietnam. Free speech yes but not when it goes into the sarcastic and cynical. There is a lot of hedonism and narcissism in free speech.

I would mandate free college tuition and books for any US citizen, to any school he or she could qualify for and could get enrolled in classes for before they were full, for as high of an education as he or she desired to attain and remained academically elible for. I would cut back on funding for foreign aid and on domestic aid to illegal aliens to fund this mandate.

I would declare every first Monday of the month, "America is Beautiful Day" and make everyone go out there and enjoy this country before it turns into total crap.

I will not allows the celebrity to get out of jail so easy if they drink and drive believe me they are on big trouble with me.
the safety of the other people is important to me.

I would make Hillary the new President of Iraq. I would love to see her in a black wool berka when it is 120 degrees in Baghdad.

I like Ron's idea about the drug thing!!!!
Otherwise I would also declare a Beautiful America Day where no work can be done by law! You just sit back and enjoy your freedom and your family and friends.
AND HEALTHCARE needs to be uniform...equal healthcare for EVERYONE!!!!!!!!!

No illegals would be permitted to enter the Country and I would have armed guards at the borders; there would be a wall and the law would be strictly enforced.
