Be dignified. Tell him the truth. If he won't believe you, leave and find another boyfriend. Why waste your time with someone who won't trust you.

If it's not true, sleep with the friend. It might be fun and life is too short to be with someone who is unreasonably jealous.
If it's true, tell your boyfriend, and end the relationship, you didn't want to be with him anyway, or you wouldn't have slept with someone else.

Tell him that you will call him on three way and talk to him without his friend knowing that your boyfriend is listening so that he can see there is nothing going on.
If there is something going on, you did him hella dirty and karma has a way of finding its way back to you in this life so good luck with that.

I have learned this from experience. When someone is acusing you of cheating, it sometimes means that they are the ones doing the cheating. I may be wrong but experience has shown that when someone is cheating, they usually accuse their spouses of cheating on them. Look into this.
