I did that for 8 years. One day I ordered a steak in a restaurant and it came with a little plastic pick in it that said "Medium Well." And the pick was shaped like a cow. It was weird. It just turned me off of beef for years. Now I eat it like crazy, but if you can handle cutting red meat out entirely, go for it. It's not good for you.

I normally just eat chicken. I couldn't tell you the last time I ate a steak or a pork chop, a hot dog for that matter. But I eat chicken all the time.

No I eat beef, venison, chicken, turkey, buffalo, pork, shrimp, and crabmeat. The only meats I don't eat because of ethical reasons are veal, lamb, duck, and foie gras.
