(x + 3) / 4 + (y - 1) / 3 = 1
3x + 9 + 4y - 4 = 12
3x + 4y = 7

8x - 4y = 48
3x + 4y = 7---ADD
11x = 55
x = 5

10 - y = 12
- y = 2
y = - 2

x = 5 , y = - 2
