Hi. For the last few days I have had this achy feeling in my uterus. My last period was September 4th so I doubt it is PMS just yet. And they usually only last 2 days. I have never felt this before. I doubt I am pregnant but what does conception feel like just a few days in? My son is 12 so I forget those early feelings! Thanks in advance for your help.

According to some of my friends who have been pregnant conception can cause pain that feels like a period. Based on the date of your last period, it sounds like you may be two weeks away from having your next period. I've met a few women that have had a bit of cramping in the two weeks before their period.
I would recommend checking with your doctor though to see what they think could be going on.
