To think my words through before I open my big mouth.l I have a tendency to just say what I think out loud but it has got me in a lot of trouble so I now think things through before speaking, 9 times out of 10 I decide it's not an appropriate thing to say.

I have also learned that life is very short and can be snatched away at any time, I only realised this by watching my child grow up. it goes so fast I need to pack in as many happy memories for him before its too late.
