How do you mix Greenifier with seeds in Rune Factory: A Fantasy Harvest Moon?

There are couple of ways you can use greenifier. The safest is to place your seeds on the ground, then throw a greenifier on one square. You don't have to do it immediately, but you do have to place it before the plant sprouts.

You can also place the greenifier then the seed, but I wouldn't leave the screen before planting.

Greenifier only works on one square of corp at a time, not the seed itself.

Once you can harvest your crop, use your seed maker to make a seed of the higher level and repeat the process.
