hero or villain doesnt matter.who has almost godlike powers or actual god powers and could defeat anyone?anime,comics,or whereever the source comes from.i wanna know in your opinion who is the strongest character ever created.

There are two I can think of, one from DC and one from Marvel.
In the DC universe, it has to be the Spectre. There is no other character more powerful, no matter what. His powers are almost literally limitless. He can stop time, alter matter and energy, grow to the size of a galaxy, grab a passing comet and swing it around by the tail to use it as a club and question murder victims as to the manner of their demise! His powers are supernatural and greater than those of Superman, Zatana, the Phantom Stranger, Deadman, the elementals, John Constantine, Dr Fate and all the other supernatural heroes. He is not all knowing, however, and on occasion he had to ask for advice from God (disembodied word balloons were tastefully employed.)
In the Marvel universe, it has to be the Beyonder. He was able to eliminate death altogether! (although he put it back when he was convinced that it was part of the natural order.) And he was able to beat up Galactus, mephisto, the watcher, Order, Chaos, the in betweener, Eternity, the celestials and All Those Other Cosmic Guys at once...! The only way he was finally beaten (in Secret Wars II) was that he had divested himself of his power in order to learn what it was like to be human by being born in a human body. And they killed him.
Nobody else that I am aware of even comes close to these two.

Gotta go with Goku. The guy literally fights with planet destroying power. And thats when he's only at his earlier stages!! He manages to become a super Saiyan 4!!

ok superman has lost to Batman formerly so do no longer even bypass there, plus kryptonite kills the fruit. i think of Rouge would desire to be from Xmen. merely think of of it this way, think of her bare soaking up all people's power until they die! How the fug would desire to you beat somebody once you may no longer touch them? guy the lady have been given stabbed interior the gut yet she absorbed a number of Logan's powers and she or he replaced into superb! Btw i know the adaptation between ask your self and DC. and that i nevertheless think of Rouge would desire to kick all people's ***. Batman is cool and all yet he's barely human it is why i know he would desire to unquestionably get his *** whipped if he loses his gadgets. Rouge can use all people powers even extraterrestrial beings! merely one touch and she or he have been given them. If she holds that touch the guy will die and she or he'll completely income that power. you may no longer beat that!

goku from dragon ball z he is the strongest anime character ever made he can lift mountains and rip them apart using just his bear hands he is stronger than the hulk and superman and faster too nobody can defeat goku he is the ultimate anime character
