How can i make video games (like fo newgrounds) on computer?

I want to make video games on my computer...but i dont wanna pay $600 dollers.

*i have a mac
*dont wanna pay like alot lol
*i want to make stuff like on newgrounds.

Learn a lot of Flash.

And if you're that cheap that you can't afford $600 to do something professional, clearly you don't want it that much.

All the stuff on newgrounds is from Adobe Flash. ::cough pirate it cough::
