Ideologists will impose what they want and it is the reason why the superpowers are trying to outdo each other to the prejudice of the poor countries.

You really should study more about political philosophy before you make such judgements. The idea that one country, Nazi Germany in particular, could dominate all of Europe taking over all the other countries was frightening to the entire world. Then Japan took the racial slurs and segregation by the Western countries to heart when they couldn't get out of a severe depression because of lack of trade. So, they got ticked off and started standing up to the rest of the world at the same time. WWII came about at a very economically volatile time, and it created new countries with new political boundaries which have changed and shifted ever since. The Communist threat came mostly after WWII and was more of a threat than a real danger; Communism simply doesn't work on a large scale. The fall of the USSR proved that. So, I'm not sure who you think the tyrants screwed over because most of the tyrants were killed off. Communists actually helped some of the third world countries because they organized their labor market. The only powerful colonists have been Britain and the US, and I'm not sure either have done any favors to the third world.

I do know you might need to study this subject a little more.
