What do you do when you have a bubble in your throat?

You know when you sound like a frog..but you cant make it obvious that ur clearing it..

i make as much noise as i need. if people have a problem with me clearing my throat. they can go kill themselves.

a teaspoon of baking soda in about 8 oz. of water
drink it down really fast and then burp.....
