If not then are there any colleges that I can go to. where I dont have to take math, english, history etc. you see the reason I ask is i'm plainly not smart enough if I went to a college to pass anything but music, this is why I ask because I do not want to throw away money knowing I couldnt make it through college, and basicly it would defeat my whole point in going to further my education of music.

Perhaps you could take courses without admission to a university. Talk to people within the music department at universities that interest you.

I am curious, though, why you believe yourself incapable of managing college altogether. Have you been tested for learning disabilities? If you discover you have one, a university is required to make special accomodations to help you get through your classwork. Perhaps you'd be best served by studying at a community college. An associates degree is better than none at all. You could transfer that aa to a four year school with a great music program, take only classes within your major, and then decide whether or not to finish your ba.

Not to be too momish here, but it's an excellent idea to get education that allows you to work outside your chosen creative field. My best friend is a film maker with a miserable work history because he basically has no other skills. Plan ahead while you chase after your ambitions.

Good luck.

The only respectable music school in the country where there wouldn't be any math, english, etc. etc. (or at least not much of it) is Berklee College of Music in Boston, MA. But if you decide that a mixture of music and school could work for you: Loyola University in New Orleans has a great music program.

I'm sure that there are several colleges with great music programs: Julliard, Oberlin, etc. But you probably still have to take math and english.
