From the top of my head, maybe "O Fortuna" by Carl Orff.
It sounds dramatically evil, and the lyrics in which it is sung are along the lines of "depressing" or "dark".
It's pretty popular too - You might have heard it from somewhere already!

Mozart's Don Giovanni has his darkest music, especially during the Commendatore scene ("Don Giovanni, a cenar teco M'invitasti"). Another piece I can recommend is Bruckner's First Symphony, which from the beginning is intensely dark. I nickname the symphony "the menacing storm."

Neither the Moonlight Sonata or Mozarts Requiem are evil or for that matter dark. You obviously do not understand the nature of classical music if you characterize these pieces as such. There are some pieces that are dark, but evil - I'm not sure such a thing exists.
Some pieces such as the funeral march from Chopins Second Sonata are heavy with sadness and lament, but that does not make them evil. Most classical music is descriptive of human emotion - all human emotion, joy, anxiety, love, fear, melancholy, but not behaviour such as evil.
There are pieces such as Scarbo from Ravel's Gaspard de la Nuit, that have a dark, disturbing feel to them. Others that may be the type of pieces that you are looking for include:
Finlandia - Sibelius
"Baba Yaga" from Mussorgsky's Pictures at an Exhibition.
Piano Sonata No.9 Scriabin "Black Mass."
Overture from "Don Giovanni"

Fur Elise, because my husband plays it very well on the piano. Beautiful song, but then again I love classical music. :)

Modest Mussorgsky's "Night on Bald Mountain" is one. It is also part of the Disney classic, "Fantasia".
