I believe in team work. And because of this meaning in my life, I would pick staff that would fit my feel for the ability to focus on a task or work, someone who will practice, and follow the rules, be willing to win, and share with the team.
Yet, a good sense of humour sounds just as important to you. Good luck with whatever you are really saying here.

HBR had an interesting article on this subject. Most projects which fail do so due to poor execution. Meaning, wrong choice of people.

In other words, you can have a mediocre plan and have excellent success if your execution is flawless (a good team) and vice verse.

there's a significant distinction between "a foul selection of words" and outright stupidity. somewhat whilst the ignorant comments might desire to do with a terrible criminal act against human beings. And besides whilst those comments mirror the ideology of a political occasion in the direction of the rights of the guy vs. the potential of the huge-unfold government to administration the rights of the guy.

If you got a staff that stands around and picks their noses, you got problems.
