How is it possible for mankind to organize all the planets in all the star systems of the universe if there are some star systems we have yet to discover and the age of the universe compared to the age of mankind?

No, I did.
I developed the organization of the planets with all the beautiful stars in the universe. I did it all by myself, without any help.
(I'm thinking of developing "mankind" when I'm finished,
but I haven't done that yet. If and when I do, I'll let you know.)

Mankind had nothing to do with it.
Man has been around for (depending on the sources and research) no more than maybe a million years.
The universe is 13.8 BILLION years old - our own sun (and the planets in our solar system) is 4.6 billion years old.

Absolutely NOT.
God created it ALL and can destroy it all if He desires it.
The Earth will soon be a non planet but only God knows when this will happen because He created everything we human know. ALL!!! No exceptions.

I suppose it's possible,
We may be an experiment of an ancient human civilisation, who progressed in technology Way beyond our understanding.
We may be an experiment, to help this race understand their origins.
Anything is possible, unless you are religious and have closed your mind to these possibilities!!
