I have $650 to spend. Besides Halo 3, what should I get? What other controllers(how many), games or accessories? I'm 15, but not allowed to get M games(besides Halo). I'd really appreciate your help on this one cuz I'm really undecided.

I was gonna say Halo. Gears of War is the second best game on the system but I'm not sure if you can play that one.
GUITAR HERO!! is one crazy fun game. But maybe you should just buy 2 controllers with Halo. Have some friends over and play all night till you get bored of it. After that ask us what you should play. Halo 3 is crazy fun!!!

get one more controller and the play and charge kit. just bring an adult to be able to buy the M rated games.i suggest also getting gears of war. if you still have money left over get the 1 year plan of xbox live or some microsoft points

get a couple more controllers, download some movies and stuff onto it, get halo 1 and/or 2 if they're still there, and get some friends over.

A controller with the play and charge kit is great. Dynasty Warriors: Gundam is a lot of fun too, so is Overlord.

halo 3 is way overrated i dint like it that much besides the better graphics i liked halo 2 way better

A hard -drive. if the one your going to buy is a core.
be sure the one you get has one.
connection is a must. the adapter .ebgames had a sale AND a price drop not long ago.
